A Baby sitter or child care person may be added to a family application to supervise children under 12 years of age. There is no additional fee for non-swimming caregivers. Policies

  • Children under 12 - no child under 12 years of age can join the ERYF unless a parent or legal guardian also joins with them. Children under 12 must have an adult or other responsible supervision during regular pool hours. Children under 12 may not be dropped off or left unattended.
  • Pool Closings - While we desire to keep the pools open as much as possible, pools will be closed for inclement weather, for scheduled swim and dive meets, and for any situation that requires closing due to Health Department regulations. Pool hours will also be adjusted near the end of the season when Hamilton County Schools resume classes.
  • Daycare use of children’s swimming pool will not be scheduled during regular pool hours.

  • Guests - Members may invite guests to use the pools and courts if accompanied by a member in good standing after applicable guest fees have been paid. Guests must sign in and pay required fees at the pool desk. The guest swim fee is $5.00 per guest per day. Guests are limited to 10 visits during each season.
